Across the board, stone - that color that hits between white and sandy beige - was the most popular color shown by designers for the season. Stone colors make for a great colour suit, and also a sun-friendly alternative to stark white jeans and will warm up all skin types.
Leading on from this summer’s grey trend, it looks as though our summer choices are going to be a little lighter as our wardrobes get a healthy dose of stone. Neutral shade's are spotted across many Spring Summer fashion shows from Topman Design, Astrid Andersen, Bobby Abley, Agi and Sam, Liam Hodges, Fendi, or at Versace’s collection.
Over at Versace, Donatella gave us a listen of some unheard Prince tracks on the runway. Versace this season gave us a luxurious take on sportswear with vibrant purples sitting alongside and being complimented by ashen tones. It was one of the most wearable Versace collections yet, with loose summer trenches, laser-cut bomber jackets and lightweight shirts.
