Free shipping in NZ

We ship all over New Zealand. Orders below $200 cost $12 for standard delivery & for orders above $200 shipping is free. (Limited time only). Please allow 3-5 working days from receiving the dispatch email. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. If your package takes longer than expected please contact the courier company mentioned in your confirmation email quoting your tracking number. To ensure that we deliver as promised, all our packages are tracked and need a signature.

In-store Click and Collect

Our in-store click and collect gives you the opportunity to browse from the comfort of your home. The therapeutic benefits of shopping from home help you hand pick pieces you love at your convenience. You have the option to pay in-store or pay online. Click and collect orders are processed on the same day if placed within operating hours. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Unpaid orders will be placed on hold for up to 7 days only.

International Shipping

We can ship to almost any country around the world. However International shipping fees will apply, duty & taxes may also apply. Feel free to drop us an email with your query and we will respond with a quote at the earliest.

Returns and Exchange

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 we will accept returns for faulty or damaged products with a condition that the product must be unworn, unaltered, tagged and must be in its original packaging. Too small? Too large? The colour is not right? No problem at all. You can simply ship the product back to us at your own cost within 14 days of your order arrival date and we will have a few options ready for you. We will contact you once the returned product has reached us. We offer a refund on full priced items only. A store credit is issued for all other purchases. In the case of a refund please allow 3-5 working days for the money to reflect in your bank account. If your return request falls out of the return period, it will be accepted at George Harrison’s discretion.
