How do I shop online?

If you are a new customer, simply click on here and follow the prompts.

 

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password you will be able to re-set by clicking on "Forgot password?" link at log-in page or here.

 

How do I decide which size to buy?

For help in selecting which size to purchase, please refer to our size chart located within each product page. Alternatively, please contact us if you require further assistance with size conversions.

 

Can I try on a product before I decide to buy?

Yes. Please contact us with the details of the product and we will hold it in store for up to 2 days. 

 

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. Please click on "In-Store Pickup" at address page when you checkout your order.

 

Can I pay in store when I pick up my order?

Yes. Please click on "PAY IN STORE ON PICK-UP" at payment page when you checkout your order.

 

Can I choose to have some items delivered and the others picked up in store in the same order?

No. Only one method of delivery can be chosen per order. Alternatively, you can place two orders seperately.

 

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes. If they have the order confirmation number, they will be able to pick up your order.

 

How will I know when my order has been processed?

You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase has been accepted. You will also receive another email regarding the delivery and tracking once the order has been dispatched.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will be able to track your parcel using the provided tracking details. 

 

Can I use a store issued gift card online?

No. Currently George Harrison online store does not accept store issued gift cards as a method of payment.
